Meet the Educator

Kelly is a certified Early Childhood Educator, as well as a certified Teaching English as A Second Language Educator and RCM Piano Teacher who has worked with children in a variety of capacities throughout her life. From volunteering as a child care worker at an orphanage in Morocco to working as a full-time camp counsellor for an international English Language camp, her love for working with children has never ceased. Having worked professionally in early childhood education for the past four years, Kelly has gained experience working in many different types of child care and early learning centres, from smaller private preschool education programs to larger 0-5 years child care facilities.

With an academic background in psychology and commerce, Kelly graduated with a BA from the University of British Columbia, which is also where she completed her schooling for Early Childhood Education. Aside from working with children, Kelly also loves hanging out with her two cats, playing tennis, cooking and baking, doing yoga, reading and travelling.
